Matt Regan

Senior Fund Accountant

Matt joined Altriarch in 2024 as a Senior Fund Accountant. Matt started his career as a fund accountant for Lubert-Adler Real Estate. His role was focused on managing the day to day accounting operations of multi asset real estate funds with $3B AUM. His accounting group was later acquired by a public accounting firm based out of Atlanta, Frazier Deeter, where he remained for 8 more years overseeing multi and single asset real estate and private equity funds of $5B AUM.

Following his 9 years as a fund administrator Matt joined Madison Capital Group as a senior fund accountant managing their growing investment and development portfolio nationwide specializing in single asset self storage and multifamily funds with $2B AUM.

Matt graduated from Juniata College with a B.S in Accounting.
