Joe joined Altriarch in 2024 as a Senior Associate focused on deal sourcing and underwriting. Joe began his career as an associate with T. Rowe Price, where he worked as a product specialist on the firm's $300B Multi-Asset platform. After three years at T. Rowe, he joined the Equity Portfolio Management team at AllianceBernstein. As an Associate Portfolio Manager at AllianceBernstein, Joe oversaw day-to-day investment activities for seven active fund strategies totaling over $50B in AUM. 

Following six years at large institutional asset managers, Joe moved to the private market as an Investment Banking Associate at Evergreen Advisors advising companies worth $25-100M on M&A transactions. Most recently, Joe served as Strategic Finance Manager for Destination Pet where he led buy side M&A activity for the LetterOne-backed pet services platform.

Joe graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in Financial Management and a minor in Accounting. Joe is a CFA Charterholder.
