Andrew Sheaffer

Director, Strategy & Operations

As the Director of Strategy & Operations at Altriarch, Andrew oversees the Firm’s daily Operations, Marketing and Human Resources.  With more than a decade of experience at banking institutions, he advances Altriarch’s high-priority growth objectives by establishing a strong risk management framework and ensuring the seamless delivery of operational projects.

Andrew’s career began at JPMorgan Chase in private wealth management where he obtained his Series 6 and 63 licenses.  He then joined BMO Harris Bank, completing an extensive credit and risk management training program before becoming a Senior Associate in the Commercial Bank’s Financial Institutions Group.

In 2017, Andrew transitioned to a more entrepreneurial setting, joining Integrated Financial Holdings, Inc. (now Capital Bancorp, Inc.).  There, he spearheaded Sales and Marketing initiatives for the Holding Company and its subsidiaries, including West Town Bank & Trust and Windsor Advantage, which provides outsourced SBA loan compliance solutions for community banks and credit unions.  For West Town Bank & Trust, he managed vendor due diligence and ongoing oversight for Sales and Marketing functions, while ensuring FDIC audit preparedness.  In addition, as the CRM administrator for the Company with over 200 employees nationwide, he worked closely with Senior Executives to implement technologies and user adoption strategies to help streamline operational efficiencies.

Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree from Miami University of Ohio.  He resides in Charleston, South Carolina, with his wife and three boys.
